We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity and financial status.

M.A. Capital Finance provides AI-powered auto lending services, including but not limited to:

• Auto loan origination and processing
• Credit evaluation and underwriting
• Loan servicing and customer support
• Online account management tools

All loans are subject to credit approval and verification of information. Loan terms, including interest rates and repayment schedules, will be provided in your loan agreement.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make loan payments according to your agreement terms

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for loan processing and servicing.

You may not use our services:

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of M.A. Capital Finance and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall M.A. Capital Finance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
